we used to call it crookneck pumpkin gelato but it created too much confusion in this libby-can-controlled-pumpkin-conspiracy .. so we just gave it a name anyone who caffeinates would perfectly understand.

our dairy farmer’s (omar beiler) son (jr.) grows 2,000 LBS of these heirloom crookneck pumpkins up in lancaster, pa & when they get to our factory, which we get about 300 LBS a week, we blister the f*!# out of them to get those caramelized sweet flavors & combine the spices of fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove & allspice, all wrapped in muscovado sugar and make the finest version of pumpkin anything you will find. available in all shops through thanksgiving.
