Eighty guests, dozens of pizzas, and countless beers later, we’re so happy to say that Dinner with Timber was a huge success. The mobile wood-fire pizza company and Union Kitchen member set up shop in our Factory for a night, slinging four courses of pie (that included collaborations with Indigo, DGS Delicatessen and DCity Smokehouse) paired with DC Brau brews and ending with a Dolcezza x Timber burnt piña colada gelato. Their collaborative spirit was well-represented by the food that came out of the kitchen, and was one of the big reasons we wanted to work with them on this.
