Last night, we had the honor of being part of Union Market’s Sunday Supper. You know our affinity for transforming spaces into something out of a pinterest board, and we’re glad Market is as aesthetic obsessed, too. We spent the night in good company surrounded by amazing female chefs, and Violeta presented a gorgeous dessert: our take on a PB&J sandwich with Kinderhook peanut butter cookies, mascarpone cheese gelato, and berry compote. We also had the chance to serve the Guatemala Finca El Injerto Pacamara Grand Cru, one of the best coffees Stumptown has to offer, on nitro.
In the middle of all the cocktails and catching up, we managed to snap a few photos, so you can live vicariously through us.
