We never thought we’d say it, but we’re ready to see summer go. Ready to break out the sweaters and drink coffee at a normal temperature without feeling crazy. Definitely ready for the end of DC’s humidity, too. And we’re most certainly ready for apples, pears, quince, gourds and other vegetables, and all the great flavors and stories that come with those.
