We were lucky enough to spend Monday night at the factory with the great team behind Espita Mezcaleria, which is opening in Shaw late this winter. This tradition of previewing new restaurants in our space began as a “let’s just see how this goes” experiment and quickly escalated. We choose to work with people and cuisine we’re excited about, and live for falling in love with the way each team transforms our space for a night. Espita reminded us why we love doing this so much, and we’re more excited than ever for them to open.
