We didn’t think we’d see a reincarnation of Tallulah, a restaurant with a Kitchen helmed by Chef Robb Rubba whose loss DC still mourns. But when Chef Robb and the Neighborhood Restaurant Group took over the Dolcezza factory, the visual of a phoenix rising from the ashes was indisputable. Up until the doors opened for cocktails, diners weren’t sure what to expect besides plenty of duck, but upon arriving, they learned the name of the new venture and the story behind it.
