Tomorrow evening, Violeta will be serving up a beautiful coppetta at the Ritz Carlton, alongside a slew of other women chef’s in the DC area for the annual Ovarian Cancer Benefit. We will be serving a CHOCOLATE SICHUAN PEPPER COPPETTA, which consist of a scoop of chocolate sichuan pepper gelato, a scoop of sumatra cinnamon gelato, a dash of tia maria espresso reduction, all served up with a piece of cinnamon shortbread, compliments of Pollystyle. I will be there to support, scoop and gab all night long. Hopefully we will see some of you good folk at this event to raise money for a very important cause.
