Mom & Pop is a concept from the Dolcezza team, open in the Mosaic lifestyle center.  It features coffee from Unido, fresh baked pastries and biscuits, chef created breakfast sandwiches, and toasts loaded with premium, locally grown and crafted ingredients including slow-cooked briskets, ethically raised meats and fresh picked produce.  We also offer small batch artesano soft serve from Dolcezza.

Nate’s Brisket Breakfast Sandwich | slow-cooked Hi-Fi brisket, sliced thin and stacked with our house-made farm egg patty, melted cheese, house strawberry jam and jalapeno cream cheese.

Veggie Breakfast Sandwich | garlicky sautéed kale and house basil pesto with our house-made farm egg patty and melted cheese.

Breakfast Croissant | butter croissant with crisp bacon, our house-made farm egg patty, sweet caramelized onions, fresh greens and a drizzle of hot honey and house chimichurri aioli.

Egg & Cheese Croissant | butter croissant with our house-made farm egg patty, jack cheese and house chimichurri aioli.

Bev’s Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit | choice of seasoned Eco Friendly Farms pork sausage or turkey sausage on a warm buttermilk biscuit with a folded farm egg and melted jack.

Breakfast Burrito | choice of Eco Friendly Farms pork or turkey sausage, our house-made farm egg patty, sautéed peppers and onions, sliced avocado, melted cheese, fire-roasted salsa and chimichurri aioli in a warm flour tortilla.
