How do you take your coffee? Black
What made you want to work for Dolcezza? I love how family oriented and down to earth the Dolcezza team is. I was immediately inspired by everyone’s coffee knowledge and drive to always improve the product.
What do you do when you’re not at work? I have a degree in dance so when I’m not pouring lattes I’m dancing or standing on my head in yoga class.
Favorite coffee region: I love the bright citrus flavors from Ethiopia. The best is when made in a chemex of course.
Affogato of choice: Roasted Pistachio.
Favorite music to play at work: Interpol or Phantogram pandora.
